Where were you in Easter 26 ??

Where were you…

…when the sky turned that soft orange and nobody said a word?

When the day slowed down without asking, and somehow everyone just stayed… sitting, standing, watching… like leaving wasn’t even an option.

There was no plan.

Just a board in the sand.

A skateboard half buried.

A bottle rolling slightly with the breeze.

Someone digging a hole for no reason.

Someone else pointing at a wave like it actually mattered.

And it did.

Not the wave itself…

but the moment around it.

People who didn’t know each other two days ago—now sharing silence like old friends.

No phones. No rush. No noise.

Just that soft hum of the ocean and the last light of the day stretching everything out.

You could feel it…

This is the start of something.

Not just a week.

Not just a trip.

Something you’ll think about later… when you’re back somewhere else, trying to explain why it felt different.

And you won’t really be able to.

Because it’s not one thing.

It’s all of it.

The sand.

The light.

The people.

The pause.

So I’ll ask you again…

Where were you?
